Small milk jug in solid silver finely chiselled with foliage friezes, hallmark head of Mercury 1st title (punch of export) and probably silversmith Mellerio Borgnis *, wooden handle, vintage late nineteenth century.
This milk jug is in good condition. Hallmarked see photos, punch goldsmith worn (letter M and hive visible).
A note: the bottom of the handle may have been repaired, some micro-scratches and wear of time, see photos.
