Rare set of 2 travel cutlery (table cover and fruit cutlery) in sterling silver and vermeillé silver, punch Minerva (1st title) and goldsmith Keller * in Paris, in their original leather case vintage late nineteenth- early twentieth centuries.

These cutlery are in good condition and are of high quality. Hallmarked and signed see photos (the case also).

A note: micro-scratches on the silver and on the sleeves, wear time on the case, see photos.

* Keller House:

Founded in 1857 by Gustave Keller, Keller House specializes in luxury goods and leather goods; very quickly noticed and appreciated he knows the consecration to the universal exhibitions, in 1867 he receives a silver medal and in 1878 a gold medal. In 1878, his two sons take over the firm under the name "Keller son and son-in-law successors" and add the goldsmith's table, various objects to their activities. The production is rewarded at the universal exhibitions of 1889 and 1900, respectively by a gold medal and a Grand Prix. Their notoriety is great, the official orders pour in and the clients are numerous and prestigious, it is necessary to count among these the courts of Spain, Rumania, Greece, Russia, the Principality of Monaco and Tsar Nicolas II s' there is also regularly supplied at the end of the nineteenth century. Many works are present in several prestigious museums including Les Arts Décoratifs, Orsay and L'Ermitage ... Established in Paris at 65, rue de Turbigo in Paris, the Keller house moved its store and workshop to 22 rue Joubert in 1891. In 1929 , the store was registered at 18 avenue Matignon.
