Superb pair of vinegar cruet crystal Saint Louis *, solid silver finely chiseled frame decorated with Ionic columns and flowers, punched in Coq (1st title Paris) and punch Average warranty (Paris), period early nineteenth century.

 

These items are in good condition. The crystal cruet and vinegar are after (were redone for this frame).

* The Royal Glassware of St. Louis, located in the French town of Saint-Louis-lès-Bitche in Moselle is the oldest glassworks in France (1586). In 1829, glassware became the Company of Saint Louis Crystal. The crystal still active today, was bought in 1989 by the famous luxury house Hermes. St. Louis, it was after Baccarat, the largest French crystal manufacturer.
