* The company was founded in 1845 by E. Cooper was acquired in 1882 by Louis Ravinet (1854-1925). In 1891, Charles Enfert (1865-1960) joins Louis Ravinet and the company took the name of Ravinet Enfert. The house Ravinet of Enfert is located in the former Hotel de Caumartin, 83 rue du Temple in Paris 3rd, in the Marais. The house is specialized in cutlery and silver goldsmith. For the silver cutlery, the alpaca models are manufactured at the plant covered Mouroux created in 1895 by Louis Ravinet in Seine et Marne. In 1923, Louis and Charles Ravinet Enfert entrust their son André and Jacques Ravinet of Enfert (1900-1982) the company's management by establishing a limited liability company. house has exhibits regularly and has received many awards: gold medal at the exhibition in Lyon in 1894 and the Brussels World Fair in 1897. It is also present in major exhibitions of 1900, 1925 and 1937, she gets a silver medal in Brussels in 1958. in the 1970s a new generation supports the management of the company: Claude Ravinet, Jean-Claude Enfert (1925-1976) and Bruno Enfert. In 1970 Ravinet of Enfert publishes under the leadership of Bruno Enfert Current Lines, a set of cutlery, plates and table accessories in silver. Roger Tallon involved in the collection covered with the System 3T series (see link to other sites). Bruno Enfert draws in 1971, the tea and coffee and a pair of candlesticks and table stove which are now in the Museum of Decorative Arts in Lyon. The house Ravinet of Enfert ceased operations in 1984, and some models were taken over by the company Produx Saint-Hilaire.
