Mustard in solid silver finely chiseled German, decorated with vegetal pattern, stylized frieze and columns, German punches 800, late nineteenth-early twentieth centuries.
This mustard planter is in good condition. He has his glassware. The underside of the lid and the spoon are in bone, perhaps not original (the underside of the lid seems slightly trimmed). The silver was perhaps vermeillated (worn ruddy).
Remember: light play in the hinge, a few small lack of silver decorations especially at the level of the columns, micro-scratches and wear of time, see photos.
