American solid gold coin of 10 US dollars called Liberty Head. Inscription on obverse: LIBERTY and dated 1899; on the reverse an eagle with UNITED STATES OF AMERICA / IN GOD WE TRUST / TEN DOLLARS inscription. Fluted edge. Philadelphia workshop.
