Antique copper watering can, baluster shape, signed "A. Peschard 8-10 Quai de la Mégisserie Paris - Gardening tools - Household items", from the 19th century.
This watering can is in its original condition, in "attic" condition. It comes from a beautiful property of an old family from Brittany. Signed see photos. It will need cleaning.
Please note: some shocks, dents and dents on the body, traces of repairs (welding) in places, wear and tear, take a good look at the photos.

* It was the Quai de la Mégisserie or Quai de la Ferraille in the 18th century; previously Quai de la Saunerie. It would also have been called Quai de la Ferronnerie. Merchants of old scrap metal spread out all along the quay, without occupying the buildings. There are merchants of seeds to sow, bird dealers and hardware stores...etc.
