Small terrestrial globe or world map (14 cm high), signed J. Lebègue & Cie* Paris, on a blackened wooden base, from the Napoleon III period, 19th century.
This globe is in good overall condition. Signed, see photos.

* J. Lebègue & Cie was a famous Brussels publishing house in the 19th century that later opened a sales office in Paris. For the publication of Terrestrial Globes, they worked closely with the geographer R. Barbot.
