Rare large telescope in brass, from the semaphore of St. Gildas de Rhuys (Morbihan, Southern Brittany), foot wooden tripod, of XIXth century.
This telescope is in very good condition. This kind of instrument is very rare, because of its size (see last photo) and especially since we know its exact source. It works and has all the elements. It is sold with its storage box. It is marked on a front wheel.
A note: the brass is cleaned, wear time, well look at the pictures.
