Commemorative guillotine (cigar cutter) in solid silver, decorated with a bust of Marianne at the top, engraved 1789-1989, Minerva punch and silversmith's punch, with its small basket (also in silver), vintage twentieth century.
This guillotine is in good condition. The system works (by lifting the upper part with the bust). Hallmarked see photos (illegible ofre's mark).
