Bottle salts opaline or opalescent glass, with stylized foliage decor, Sterling silver setting, XIXth century.
This bottle is in good condition. It has its internal plug where the top is broken, so it stuck. No traces of punch. Money was certainly before Vermilion.
A note: small repair mark on the frame (not visible), some minor dings and dents, scratches and slight wear of time, see photos.
