Paper Cup bones (beef), solid silver finely chiseled handle decorated with flowers, punched Minerva (1st title) and punch a goldsmith, antique Art Nouveau late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
This paper cutter is in good condition. It is stamped on the handle (poinçn goldsmith a bit worn).
A note: some small chips on the edge, micro-scratches and wear time see photos.
