Very nice certificate issued by the Bishop of Radulphus Courmont, authenticating a shrine dedicated to Saint Constantine, made on April 1, 1901, then early twentieth century.
This certificate is in good condition. He has his seal. A report: traces of folds, paper is slightly yellowed.
We do not have the reliquary authenticated by the certificate.
