Heart of Mary forming box in silver chiselled foliage decoration, center the letter M topped by a cross, punched boar's head and punch goldsmith, XIXth century.
This heart is in good condition. The goldsmith punch is worn.
A note: hole in the back on the flame (maybe lack of a ring?), The box is a little hard to close, some small dents and cabossures, micro-scratches and wear of time, see pictures.
