Watercolor of an animated view of characters in a town in England, George Campion of XIXth century.
This watercolor is in good condition. It is under glass. It is not signed but is the work of George Campion.

He exhibited frequently at the Institute of Water-Colour Painters of which he was elected in 1837. He became professor of drawing at the Military Academy at Woolwich and later left England to Munich. (Excerpt Bénézit)
