Watercolor signed Mouren* representing a seaside landscape in the Mediterranean, with a character on the beach near dry boats, dedication "To my Friend J. de Soria" at the bottom right, from the late 19th-early 20th centuries.
This watercolor is in good overall condition. Signed lower right.
