Watercolor of a view of a seaside signed Louis Billiard *, period late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
This watercolor is in good condition. It is signed on the bottom right. It is under glass.

* Billiard Victor-Marie-Louis (1864-1952): pupil of Cabanel and Cormon at the Beaux-Arts, he became a perpetual member of the French Artists where he exhibited until 1933. Watercolorist, he left views of Palestine, Egypt, Senegal and Brazil. (Excerpt Bénézit)
