Gouache representative inside a ballroom with many elegantly dressed characters, probably in a castle in Germany (perhaps the Stolzenfels near Koblenz), XIXth century.
This gouache is in good condition. It is pasted on a sheet of paper. It is not signed but comes from the same set of drawings and watercolors (sketchbooks) an amateur painter of the nineteenth century.
A note: paper slightly yellowed, wear of time, see photos.
