Gouache on paper, representing the reception hall of a ballroom or perhaps in a castle, with elegantly dressed characters, XIXth century.
This gouache is in good condition. It is pasted on a sheet of paper. It is not signed but comes from the same set of drawings and watercolors (sketchbooks) an amateur painter of the nineteenth century.
A note: slightly yellowed paper, small traces of dirt on the support, wear time, see photos.
