(Ec fr). Exhibitor of the Salon des Indépendants since 1925, Member of the Salon d'Automne. Fellow of the Government of Algeria and resident of Villa Abd el Tif, 1928-1930. Member of the Committee of the Orientalist Society. A long-time resident of the Quai des Tournelles, he painted Parisian landscapes. As a traveler, he also painted the banks of the Thames in London, the port of Amsterdam. Universal ensemble exhibition in 1973. Works of this artist are preserved in the museums of the City of Paris, Algiers, Cambrai and Nantes. (See Bénézit)
