Wooden sculpture representing the scene following the Descent from the Cross and the Deposition of Christ, namely the entombment of Jesus by Nicodemus and Joseph of Arimathea, at his feet the Virgin Mary known as of Mercy (Pietà) kneeling (scene of Lamentation), from the 17th century.
This sculpture is in good general condition. High quality.
