Saucer or cup in Russian silver finely chiseled with foliage decoration and shells on the border, monogrammed in the background, St. Petersburg 1844, 19th century.
This saucer is in good condition. Russian hallmark 84 Weapons City Saint Petersburg AT 1844 goldsmith (hard to read).
